离子交换分离钨钼及微波诱导树脂再生的研究

摘    要:本文研究了树脂型号和硫化条件对离子交换分离钨钼的影响,探讨了微波场下除钼树脂脱硫再生效果.实验结果表明:除钼树脂经951MHz微波诱导、碱性食盐水协同解吸,可基本恢复其吸附交换容量.

Abstract:This paper researches on the influence of resin type and sulphur conditions on the separation of wolfram and molybdenum by ion exchange.The effect of the desulfurization and revivification of molybdenum removal resin under the microwave field is discussed.The experimental results that when this resin is induced by 951 MHz microwaves and desorbed by alkaline common salt water,its absorption and exchange capacity can be basically recovered.
