| 摘 要： | 目的：测定湿地蒿茎中芦丁的含量。方法：采用双波长薄层扫描法。结果：湿地蒿茎中芦丁含量为0．262％，该法简便快速、准确灵敏，重现性好，结果可靠。结论：为进一步开发利用湿地蒿提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | The object of the study was to:To determine the rutin content of stem of Artemisia tournefortiana Reichb. And the method used is:the dual-wavelength thin layer scanning.The result of the study shows that:the rutin content of stem of Artemisia tournefortiana Reichb. is 0.262%. Its reteration is good and the result is reliable. So it is concluded that: the study provides scientific proof for the further exploitation and utilization of Aftemisia tournefortiana Reichb. |
