四辊可逆冷轧机恒张力的混合自适应控制研究

摘    要:为了保证冷轧机轧制中带钢恒张这一特点 ,设计了四辊可逆冷轧机恒张力混合自适应控制系统。该系统含有电压、电流、速度3个内环 ,这3个内环均采取PID调节器控制 ,最外环为张力环 ,采用混合自适应控制器进行控制。由于混合自适应兼并了全连续和全离散算法的优点 ,所以该系统对带钢恒张力控制具有很强的鲁棒性 ,提高了带钢板厚和板形的精度 ,保障了带钢具有较高的板形指标和板厚工差。

Abstract:A constant force hybrid adaptive control system is designed for four rollers cold rolling mill to ensure that strap steel force is constant.This system contains voltage,current,velocity inside three loops using PID regulators,its outside loop is force one using hybrid adaptive controller.As hybrid adaptive control is better than completely continuous adaptive control and completely discrete one.The system has stronger robustness for constant force control,it improves the precision of strap steel thickness and strap steel shape,ensures strap steel shape target and thickness public service.
