摘    要:本文在考虑磨削过程砂轮与工件之间相对振动速度的基础上,提出了一个包括切入效应在内的动态磨削力模型和相应的磨削过程框图,并据据磨削系统的特征方程,推导出相应的无条件稳定判别式,由此绘制了极限磨削宽度b_(11m)和工作台转速N_w之间的理论稳定性曲线。

Abstract:With the effect of grindinding penetration in view the authors of this paper have daloped a new mathematical model of dynamic grinding force. An improved block scheme of giinding process has been made accordiogly. Based on the unconditional stable formula derived from the characterjistic equation of the grinding system, the criterion chart for stable process vice critical grinding Width versus work speed can be easily obtained.
