小儿营养性贫血与微量元素铁,铜,锌

摘    要:对180例5个月至12岁的营养性贫血患儿及60例正常小儿作血清铁、铜、锌测定。结果显示,贫血组153例(85%)有血清铁、铜、锌单项或两项降低,与对照组比较,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。临床治疗发现,某些缺铁性贫血患儿对铁剂疗效欠佳者,加以补锌或铜后,贫血迅速改善,说明营养性缺铁性贫血与微量元素铁、铜、锌关系密切。

Abstract:180 nutritional anaemic and 60 normal children were investigated, their ages from 5 months to 12 years, and determined their serum contents of iron, copper and zinc. The result was that 153 (85%) of the anaemic children showed a deficiency in either one or two of these elements. The difference between the experimental group and the control grou was indeed significant. It also was found that the results of their iron supplement treatment were not satisfactory, but they became remarkably improved when they were given zinc or copper supplement treatment among some patients of iron deficiency anaemia (IDA). The above investigation shows that there is a close relation between IDA and the other trace elements copper and zinc apart from iron.
