| 摘 要： | 以PC机为主控单元，研制了半导体激光器噪声测试系统，通过PC机对频谱分析仪的远程控制，完成对器件噪声信号的自动采集和处理。用该系统对InP／InGaAsP V双异质结半导体激光器的电噪声和电阻的热噪声进行了测量。实验结果表明，该系统可重复性好，测试结果准确。

| Abstract: | Noise measuring system in semiconductor laser which personal computer works as host controller is presented. By using personal computer controlled spectrum analyzer, noise signal of semiconductor laser is collected and processed automatically. Electronics noise of InP/InGaAsP. DH laser and thermal noise of resistance can be measured by this measuring system. The experimental results indicate that the counterpoint of the system is satisfied and measuring results are exact. |
