| 摘 要： | 近年来建筑物的加固改造发展迅速，在实践中形成了多种成熟的加固方法。文章着重介绍了几种常用的结构加固方法，并对各方法的特点进行了比较，阐述了各方法的使用条件及工艺流程；另外在加固方法的基础上介绍了国家对抗震加固构造要求及应用方法。

| Abstract: | Building strengthening has been expanding by leaps and bounds in recent years and many methods have been formed in practice. The paper emphatically introduces several common strengthening methods by comparing their characteristics, explains their respective processes and conditions and introduces the country＇s requirements and applications concerning building strengthening. |
