助磨介质作用对矿渣微细化过程的影响

摘    要:采用勃氏比表面积、SEM、激光粒度分析及IR测试研究了不同类型助磨介质作用下矿渣的微细化过程.结果表明:不同类型的助磨剂在矿渣的不同粉磨阶段作用不同.初磨阶段润滑性差的助磨剂NS的助磨效果最好;细磨阶段能有效改善物料流动性的助磨剂A等助磨作用明显.在相同的粉磨时间下尤其是细磨阶段,助磨剂显著提高了粉磨细度,改善了物料的颗粒分布,改变了颗粒形貌及粉磨物料的微观结构,加剧了物料的晶格畸变与晶格缺陷,加速了物料结构中化学键的破坏,从而增加了物料的反应活性.

Abstract:The process of size reduction of blast furnace slag(BFS) with different kinds of grinding aids was studied by use of the method of Blaine specific surface area,scanning electron microscope,laser-particle size analysis,and IR test.The result shows that the effects of different kinds of grinding aids are different at different grinding stages of BFS.At the initial grinding stage,the grinding aid NS with poor lubricity shows good performance,while grinding aid A with high lubricity can greatly improve the grinding effect at the fine grinding stage.Without change of grinding time,especially at the fine grinding stage,grinding aids remarkably improve the fineness of grinding and the particle size distribution in ground materials,change the shape of particles and the microstructure of ground materials,intensify the crystal lattice distortion and crystal lattice defect,and accelerate the breakage of chemical bonds of material structures.Therefore,grinding aids improve the activity of ground materials.
