天蓝喇叭虫的固着行为及伪足形成的观

摘    要:为了观察和探讨天蓝喇叭虫的固着行为及固着机理在光学显微镜下对其进行了活体观察发现天蓝喇叭虫的固着结构位于虫体的后端,即细胞皮层纵向排列的纤毛动索的交汇位置,喇叭虫固着时在固着结构形成丝状伪足.本文首次报道的纤毛纲动物身体上出现了伪足这一现象,揭示了鞭毛纲,纤毛纲和肉足纲三者之间的亲缘关系有待进一步探讨和确立

Abstract:The attachment behavior and mechanism of stentor coeruleus were being observed. The living stentor coeruleus were studied by light microscopy. The hold fast structure locates at the posterior end of its body's surface where all the kineties gathered, the hold fast structure could form filopodia; The pseudopodia of Ciliata makes it possible that the phylogenies of Mastigophora, Sarcodina and Ciliata were again discussed.
