| 摘 要： | 在就业问题日益严峻的环境下,为了更好地提升特殊群体高校毕业生就业创业的才能,使特殊群体毕业顺利找到工作。本文在了解特殊群体高校毕业生内涵的基础上,总结了特殊群体的分类和特点,对特殊群体就业创业现状及他们在就业创业中面临的问题进行剖析,提出了应对特殊群体高校毕业生就业创业难等问题的一系列措施和对策。

| Abstract: | Under the environment that employment problem is becoming more and more serious,in order to well improve the employment and entrepreneurship ability of colleges and universities graduates belonging to special groups, and make the special groups colleges and universities graduates find a job suc?cessfully, this paper based on the understanding of the connotation of the colleges and universities gradu?ates of special groups, summed up the types and characteristics of the special groups,analyzed the employ?ment and entrepreneurship status and problems that the special group face in employment and entrepre?neurship, and a series of measures and countermeasures were proposed dealing with the problems of special group colleges and universities graduates' difficult employment. |
