| Abstract: | One of the fundamental features of multimedia technology involves the compression treatment of video. Video compression technique is considered as a critical one in digital video. It analyze the video compression technology and standard, focuses on the expatiation of the features and performances of H.263 video coding standard, and research the rationale and the program. |
