Value Orientation:the Key for the University Students to Accept the Core Values of the Society

The diversification of values has awakened people's value awareness; however, value conflict has been prevailing, which has greatly affected the members' accepting the core values of the society. Value orientation, as an important means to guide the members of the society to accept the mainstream values, can effectively cope with the loss and puzzles of the members in choosing and accepting values. Value orientation is of special significance to the university students who are at a key stage of shaping their values. Therefore, various measures should be taken to enhance value orientation and help the students accept the core values of socialist society.
