井下铁路信号控制系统组态软件的应用研究

摘    要:阐述了配合PROFIBUS现场总线的井下铁路信号控制系统以及井下铁路信号的特点,该系统下位机采用PLC控制,上位机采用基于WinCC监控组态软件.介绍了上位机组态软件的微机控制画面设计,监控组态软件与STEP7编程软件的控制结合.实现了矿井下铁路信号的采集、分析、控制、记录等功能.

Abstract:Discusses the underground railway signal system matched PROFIBUS and the characteristic of underground railway signal.The lower computer of the system adopts PLC control,the host computer adopts WinCC-based configuration software.Introduces a host computer configuration software including computer control menu design,the intergration of configuration software and STEP 7 programming software.Completes the signal collection,analysis,control,recording of underground railway signal.
