人参HPLC指纹图谱的研究

摘    要:建立了人参的高效液相指纹图谱.研究了不同的预处理方法、流动相组成、最佳检测波长、色谱柱温度等操作因素对人参指纹谱图的影响,并对不同产地和种类的人参药材的指纹图谱进行了比较.色谱条件为:色谱柱为不锈钢填充柱(Inertsil ODS-3,250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);检测波长为203 nm;流动相为乙腈-(质量分数为0.05%)磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱;流速1 mL/min ;分析时间90 min;柱温为30 ℃.

Abstract:This paper described an analytical method of fingerprint of Ginseng by HPLC.We studied different sample pretreatment,detection wavelength,mobile phase,temperature and compared the fingerprint chromatograms of Ginseng from six different areas and kinds.Inertsil ODS-3 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with the mixture of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid as mobile phase;the detection wavelength was 203 nm;the flow rate was 1 mL/min and the column temperature was 30 ℃.
