我国陆上油气田勘探效率评价方法及应用研究

应用统计分析方法对我国石油天然气勘探效率的单年值计算方法进行了改进,分别对探井成功率、每米进尺探明储量、每口探井探明储量和每公里测线探明储量等指标进行了拓展,并应用改进后的勘探效率评价方法对SP石油集团及其所属各油田的总体和老区勘探数据进行了重新计算,并通过勘探效率指标之间的相互联系,对计算结果进行了解释,最终较为科学地获得了有关油气田勘探效率的排序.研究结果表明,在对油气探区的勘探效率进行评价时,应把握油气勘探活动的风险性和较长周期性特征,注意实践中使用的各项指标间的联系,并选择累计平均或移动平均指标作为评价经营业绩的依据.

Approaches to evaluating the exploration efficiency of the continent oil & gas fields of China and their applications

The calculation method for the single-year value of the oil/gas exploration efficiency is improved by using statistical method,and the indexes of the success rate of exploration wells,the proven reserves per meter drilling depth,the proven reserves per exploration well and the proven reserves per kilometer survey-line are extended.The exploration efficiencies of Sinopec and its branch companies in 2000—2002 are calculated again using the improved exploration efficiency calculation methods,and the calculated results are interpreted by the interrelationships between different exploration efficiency indexes.The order of the exploration efficiencies of the branch companies is obtained according to the calculated results.The research result of this paper shows that in the evaluation of exploration efficiency,the risks and the longer cycle of oil & gas exploring activities should be considered,the interrelationship between the indexes used in practice should be paid attention to,and accumulated average or moving average index should be chosen as a basis for appraising the business achievement of a company.
