| 摘 要： | 实施科技兴国战略是江泽民、胡锦涛等中央领导对邓小平“科学技术是第一生产力”，命题的直接继承和发展，是科学发展观的重要内容之一。它符合历史唯物主义中，科技是生产力发展的重大扛杆；科学是人类认识客观世界，获得真知的重要理论，也是我们坚持唯物主义。洗刷唯心精神的锐利武器。因此，实施科教兴国战略．有着重大的哲学意义。
