基于多体系统动力学的某V型发动机 配气机构总成的动态仿真研究

摘    要:针对某V型发动机配气机构,以ADAMS为仿真平台,建立了单个配气机构以及含凸轮轴柔性体的配气机构总成的多体系统模型,并对其进行相应的动力学仿真分析. 结果表明,凸轮轴变形以及各缸配气机构的动力耦合,对配气机构的动态性能有一定的影响,凸轮轴轴承所承受的载荷主要受相邻气缸各气门机构凸轮载荷及其合力的影响.

Abstract:The valve train of a V-type engine, the multi-body systems models of single valve train and valve train assembly with a flexible camshaft are built up and analyzed by ADAMS. Simulation results showed that the valve train dynamic performances are affected by the deformation of camshaft and dynamic coupling between separate valve trains of various cylinders to some extent. The loads of the camshaft bearings are mainly affected by composition of forces on the cams of the valve trains in the adjacent cylinders.
