齿轮泵齿形的优化设计

摘    要:本文运用一些新观点和优化设计方法对齿轮泵齿形参数进行了分析探讨,取得了一种不同于以往的新齿形和最佳参数范围,其优越性已经一定的实践验证。文章中首次提出传统设计齿轮泵齿形的强度裕度过大,可用增大根切量来节省材料、减小体积和提高性能的观点,并推导了大根切齿形相互啮合时重迭系数等参数的计算方法。

Abstract:A new kind of gear pump tooth form and its optimum parameter ranges are obtained by analyzing and studying the tooth parameter with optimum designing method and some new observations.Its advantages have been proved through practice.It is put forward in the paper that the ordinary gear pump tooth has too large a strength allowance and an increase of the amount of undercut can reduce size,save material and improve its function.The calculation formula of cantact ratio of deep undercut gears in mesh is also derived.
