摘    要:激励是高校科研工作中充分调动科研人员积极性和创造性,推动科技进步,完成科研任务不可缺少的重要手段。由于各高校的性质不同,对科研工作所采用的激励方法也不尽相同,主要有目标激励、强化激励、竞争激励、情感激励等。从激励角度出发探讨了如何在科研工作中运用激励理论来创造更高的效益。
