| 摘 要： | 英国硬科学小说源于19世纪20年代由雨果·根斯巴克开创的美国派硬科学小说，在50年代达到鼎盛。由于英国在二战中受到重创，其硬科学小说作品大都悲观、忧郁，描写天灾人祸。进入60年代后，随着新浪潮运动的掀起，硬科学小说宣告终结。

| Abstract: | English hard science fiction originated from American hard science fiction created by Hugo Gemsback, and reached its peak in the 50th. Influenced by the pessimism permeating England after the Second World War, English hard science fiction maintained an introverted and downbeat tone. With the rise of the New Wave in the 60th, hard science fiction came an end in England. |
