| Abstract: | The development pattern and requirement of higher education are pluralistic. Universlties should follow the scientific concept of development, to establish the logos in running a university with the rigorous pursuance of scholarship and individual character, to combine with organically the education reformation and laws and regulations of university running, then, a lot of experts of higher education and high lever universities will be continually emerging. And a modem strong country on education will he set up. |
