摘    要:针对空气钻井地层出水难题,开发了一种无液相携水技术。室内实验结果揭示:5秒内携水剂可携带自身重量10倍以上的地层水;温度越高,地层水矿化度越低,携水速度越快;携水剂具有较好的保水能力,携水后不会因压力和离心力增加而失水;携水剂携水后松软,具较好的弹性和润滑性,有利于钻井安全。该技术在中国鄂尔多斯盆地进行了现场试验。试验表明,无液相携水技术可对出水量小于10 m3的地层有效携水;与传统泡沫相比,该技术携水速度快、携水量大、不影响正常钻进,有利于钻井安全并提高机械转速,具有较好的应用前景。

Water Carrying Agent with No Liquid Development and Application in Air Drilling
Abstract:In allusion to air drilling formation water problem, a liquid with water technology was developed. Indoor experimental results reveal that the water carrying agent can carry more than 10 times its weight of formation water in 5 seconds; The higher the temperature, the lower formation water salinity, the faster the carrying water; Because the water carrying agent has good water retention, the water carrying agent will not water loss by increasing pressure and centrifugal force; The water carrying agent become soft after carrying water, has good elasticity and lubricity, is helpful for drilling safety. The technology has carried on in China ordos basin. The application results show that the technology can effectively with water in the formation that the water yield less than 10 square; the technology can carry water faster and more; At the same time, The technology does not affect normal drilling, is advantageous to the drilling safety and improve mechanical speed, has good application prospect.
