| Abstract: | Based on the solidification characteristics of the ductile iron, the metal mold andthe rational gate and riser systems are designed.Under the guidance of alloying theory thesuitable range of composition is determined.With the experiment in works,the as-cast duc-tile iron crankshafts of pearlite matrix are made. |
