| 摘 要： | 介绍了V400加工中心刀库设计的流程,着重介绍了加工中心刀库管理系统的设计过程。所设计的基于CNC系统内嵌式PLC刀库计算机记忆式选刀管理系统,无需刀具和刀套编码装置,简化了刀库结构,使换刀控制更方便、可靠。

| Abstract: | The paper presented the tool magazine design process of V400 machining center,and the tool magazine management system was designed.The soft-selecting management pattern was selected for the tool magzine management system which was based on CNC system embedded PLC.The management system simplified the tool magazine,and made the controlling of tool magazine more convenient and dependable. |
