摘    要:以Ni-Al二元相图为工具,对等离子电弧炉回收Ni-Al合金细粉,再生之合金的化学组成、相组成及其与冶炼工艺、热处理工艺的关系;它们对骨架镍催化活性的影响等进行了实验、分析和讨论。结果表明:冶炼中补加合适的Al量并采取合理的退火制度,可改变合金的相结构,提高骨架镍的催化活性。

Abstract:After smelting Ni-Al alloy fines in a plasma are furnace, the recovered alloys with and without Al additions were investigated experimentally by means of binary phase diagrams for their chemical and phase compositions, as well as the technological effects of smelting and heat treatment processes on these alloys' properties especially on the catalysis activity of nickel framework. The results indicate that if Al addition is selected properly in combination with reasonable annealing regime taken up, the phase structure may be improved so as to enhance the catalysis activity of nickel framework.
