机电混合控制调速柴油机的试验研究

摘    要:为了全面改善柴油机的综合性能 ,采用电子控制技术已成为一个重要措施。文章通过对机械式调速器的改造 ,采用线性电磁执行器 ,建立了一种机电混合控制的新的柴油机调速系统 ,开发了功能较为完善的电控管理系统 ,在发动机台架和整车上进行了仔细的标定和不断的试验。研究结果表明 ,该管理系统控制灵活、调速装置工作可靠 ,可以明显地改善车用柴油机的性能。该调速系统是一种新型系统 ,其控制功能待进一步完善。

Abstract:Electronic control is an important measure for roundly improving performance of diesel engines. This paper sets up a new governing system with mechanical electronic control for diesel engines with a mechanical governor changed and a linear electromagnetic actor adopted. The management system based on the control way has effective control functions.The total control system has been operated on an engine bench and a heavy duty truck. The results show that the management system can carry out flexible control and the governing apparatus operate reliably. Performances of the diesel engine with the control system are obviously improved. The governing system is a new one,and its management system need be improved further.
