| 摘 要： | 目的探讨牙列重度磨耗的原因并分析其临床影响。方法用问卷的方式调查116名牙列重度磨耗患者的形成原因并来就诊的主要目的。结果形成原因中磨损占54%,磨耗34%,酸蚀12%;就诊目的中牙齿酸痛61%,颞下颌关节问题(TM JDS)11%,其他28%。结论磨损是牙列重度磨耗的主要原因、其临床的主要症状为牙齿酸痛,提醒牙列重度磨耗者在临床上应重点防治其磨损与酸痛。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe causes and clinic complications of severely worn detition.Method To investigate why did 116 patients with severely worn detition come to the hospital and how to form the severely worn detition by questionnaire respectively.Result Of all forming causes,abrasion accounted 54%,attrition accounted 34%,erosion accounted 12%.Of all chief complaint,TMJDS accounted 11%,dental aching pain accounted 61%,other accounted 28%.Conclusion It suggests that abrasion be main forming cause on severely wor... |
