| Abstract: | The library in the 21st century should establish the librarian-based,reader-based and information-based managerial concept.This paper probes into the relationship among and the ideological connotation of the librarian-based,reader-based and information-based managements,and puts forward some methods for strengthening the librarian-based,reader-based and information-based management in the new century. |
