摘    要:新世纪的图书馆应树立“以馆员为本、以读者为本、以信息为本”的管理理念。探讨了“三为本”管理之间的关系和思想内涵,提出了新世纪图书馆加强“三为本”管理的方法。

Abstract:The library in the 21st century should establish the librarian-based,reader-based and information-based managerial concept.This paper probes into the relationship among and the ideological connotation of the librarian-based,reader-based and information-based managements,and puts forward some methods for strengthening the librarian-based,reader-based and information-based management in the new century.
