薄层色谱与显微红外光谱联用鉴定复合增塑剂

摘    要:提出了用薄层色谱(TLC)与显微红外联用的方法进行增塑剂的分析.该方法综合了TLC的灵活、高效的分离特点和显微红外强有力的微量样品定性功能,采用特殊的TLC斑点快速转移法,通过选择合适的薄层(TLC)预制板和TLC展开剂,分离了涵盖6种类别和12个增塑剂化合物的多个复合增塑剂.同时通过选择最佳样品分析区、最佳显微红外分析条件和适当的斑点洗脱溶剂,用显微红外光谱定性各斑点分离物.所建立的方法能定性分析几乎所有类别的复合增塑剂.

Abstract:A method for analysis of mixed-plasticizer was established.The method combined flexibility and efficient separation ability of thin-layer chromatograph(TLC) with infrared microscopy's ability to identify microsample.By using the convenient and rapid transfering method for TLC marks and by choosing suitable TLC plates and mobile phases,various mixed plasticisers dealing with six different kinds of plasticiser including twelve compounds were separated.And then,by selecting suitable analytical area for infrared microscopy,suitable infrarded microscopy's analytical conditions and suitable eluants for TLC-marks,separated compounds in mixed-plasticizers were identified by Fourier transform-infrared microscopy.The analytical results show that the established method can be used to identify alomost all kinds of plasticizers.
