摘    要:从理论上对车、镗、铣、刨等加工工件表面光散射场的空间频谱和功率谱与表面粗糙度评定参数Rz和Sm的关系进行了讨论,经过实验研究,提出了一种利用2D-CCD提取谱图信号,经过电子二次电路处理给出清晰谱线,由此确定Rz与Sm的方法.

Abstract:The authors deal theoretically with the relationships between the spatial and power spectrum in the scattered field from the workpiece surface and surface roughness R.and S.. The signals spectral pattern extracted by a 2D-CCD are experimentally presented. The distinct patterns is obtained by using the quadratic electric circuit process, thus determining the surface roughness R2 and Sm.
