论企业中层管理者270度绩效考核

摘    要:目前,企业中层管理者的绩效考核无论在学术理论界还是企业实践界都是一个较大的难题.从考核主体的角度,主要探讨了传统主管考核法和流行的360度考核法对于中层管理者的不足之处,并在结合以上两种方法优点的基础上,针对我国企业中层管理者的实际情况,建立了270度考核方法,并通过个案分析验证了其可靠性和有效性.这种方法实现了考核数据的客观、可靠,考核操作的简单、可行,以及考核结果的公平、公正,为解决企业中层管理者考核难题提供了一个有益的参考.

Abstract:At present, the middle- level managers' performance appraisal has always been a problem in academic field and enterprise managing practice home and abroad. On the side of appraiser, this article has researched the shortage of the traditional manager- appraising and the 360 degree appraising. Based on the merit of the above two ways, and aiming at the relevant fact of the middle- level managers in our country, this article establishes a new 270 degree appraising method, and confirms its validity and reliability by one case analysis. The new method can make the middle- level managers' performance appraisal impersonal, reliable, simple and feasible. So the new method provides an instructive attempt to solve the problem of the middle- level managers' performance appraisal.
