| Abstract: | This paper first analyses the practical situation of oil pipelines in China,and then proposes a Data Envelopment Analysis Model of the operating cost for all oil pipelines.This model is used to evaluate the efficiency of each oil pipeline and to make an optimal analysis for the operations of each line.And this model also provides a scientific background to increase economic benefits of the oil pipelines in China. |
