| 摘 要： | 行政管理者在行政执行过程中极力追求决策实施的信度和效度,实现政府效益最大化。主要阐述了行政执行的内涵和外延,并提出在当前社会体制、运作机制、管理模式、价值标准以及思想观念发生剧变的情况下,行政执行所面临的挑战问题。
