| Abstract: | This paper sums up and introduces the experiences of innovating the equipment management and realizing the benefit growth in Changsha Cigarette Plant,which include regarding the basic working teams for the equipment maintenance and management as one of the benefit operation units,adopting the managerial model combining various maintenance methods,paying attention to the application of advanced techniques,and forming a harmonious talents construction system that can develop sustainably. |
