| 摘 要： | 介绍了层次分析法的基本原理，并在此基础上，结合在沈飞调研的历年的伤亡事故情况，建立了伤亡事故的综合事故率模型，结合灰平面法中的上下限法对事故发展进行了区间预测，结果证明是合理可靠的。

| Abstract: | This paper establishes the synthetic accident-rate of a factory based on the analytic hierarchy process. Using the up-down zone method of Grey-panel , we give the zone of the accident rate. The results prove that the method is justified and credible. |
