摘    要:学校体育缺乏与学校教育的沟通或对话."先智育后体育"的传统文化阻碍了学校体育和体育教学工作.体育教师使命感与责任心滑坡,制约了其角色融合的程度,拉大了与其它学科教师的角色疏离的距离.

Abstract:Institutional physical education is lacking in mutual understanding and communication with academic education. The conventional concept of intellectual education first and physical education last: interfere with the teaching process of institutional physical education. As a result, the working ethics among physical teachers decline and the fulfillment of the teaching role is restricted, further promoting the defection of the teaching role.
