开放存取是实现科研成果快速有效传播的一种新型学术传播方式。介绍了开放存取的特点和国家自然科学基金在开放存取方面取得的进展,进一步分析了国外政府资助项目成果共享的经验,并结合国家自然科学基金的本身特点,论述了科学基金知识库资源建设的问题,对推动国家自然科学基金资助成果在更深层次和更大范围的共知共享具有一定的借鉴意义。

The Study on Sharing Approach of Research Achievements of NSFC under the Background of Open Access

Open Assess is the new way that makes the research achievements rapidly spread.This paper introduces the characteristics of Open Assess and the performance of NSFC achieving in Open Assess,analyzes the experience of the item achievements communication supported by governments abroad,explains the problem of building the Institutional Repositories of NSFC.It will give the reference value to push forward the communication of research achievements supported by NSFC in deeper level and to broader extension.
