| Abstract: | With an illustration of present condition of rural primary school teachers, the essay confirms the necessity of constructing an “Internship and On-Job Training” teaching mode. Then, supported by the Lifelong Education theory proposed by R.H. Dave and situation cognition theory, the essay gives a full discussion of the “Internship and On-Job Training” teaching mode. Finally, with an emphatical elaboration on the implementation strategy, the essay demonstrates the feasibility of the mode with the practice of a higher vocational college. |
