| 摘 要： | 效率与公平是经济伦理的两个基本价值目标,前者涉及生产与创造,后者涉及分配与共享。效率与公平为人类幸福生活提供基础和方向,在价值排序上,二者的关系表现为“效率优先,兼顾公平”,这一提法与“先富理论”保持着逻辑上的一致性。可以说一部分人一部分地区先富,体现了效率,是资源有效配置的市场经济追求。共同富裕则体现了公平。

| Abstract: | Efficiency and fairness are the two basic value goals of economic ethics. The former is concerned with production and the creation, and the latter is concerned with distribution and share. Efficiency and fairness offer foundation and direction for human happiness lives. The relation of the two is ＂giving priority to efficiency with due consideration to fairness＂ ,which shows agreement in logic with the＂theory of being rich first＂. We can say that some people and some regions get rich first is the well Qllocation of resources of market economy pursuit, and com- mon prosperity manifests fairness. |
