地方院校成教网络管理系统的构建实践

由于地方高校成教办学规模不断扩大，而管理手段滞后，成人教育校系教务工作容易脱节，常陷入被动应付的局面。为主动适应成教办学规模，针对多校区的特点，以满足校系两级管理的需要，韶关学院成教处开发了成教网络管理系统。该系统具有自身的特色和优势：教务管理功能强大，服务方式方便、快捷，构建了良好的校系教务管理的服务平台，从而促进了管理模式的改革，规范了成教教务、教材和档案管理等工作，增强了管理工作的主动性。

Construction of the Network Management System in Adult Education Department of Local Colleges

Owning to the location of mountain area, and the scale of Adult Education comes to more than ten t scale of Adult Education, aiming at its trait of multi -campus. we developed the Network Management System to meet the needs of the two - level management of university and department. With its own feature and advantages of multi- functional, convenient and fast, the system constructs a good service platform for the education administration of both university and department, and consequently facilitates the reform of managing mode, and also standardizes the management of education administration, teaching materials and archives and reinforces the initiative of management.
