| 摘 要： | 提出了从金属塑性成形数值模拟结果中挖掘知识的方法，简述了实现的步骤和采用的算法．以板料冲压成形工艺设计为例，进一步详细论述了如何采用所提出的知识挖掘方法从板料成形数值模拟结果数据中提炼新的工艺知识．该方法拓展了冲压工艺知识获取的途径．

| Abstract: | A new knowledge acquisition methodology was proposed to mine the knowledge from sheet metal forming process numerical simulation results, and the implementation procedures and the supporting methods (including Rough Set Theory and Principal Component Analysis) were also elaborated. An automotive oil can is selected to implement the proposed methods in discovering potential knowledge from the numerical simulation results. This method provides a way of discovering the knowledge to support sheet metal forming die design. |
