| Abstract: | RLC is very simple, and its speed of coding and decoding is quick. So it has a wide application. This paper gives a brief introduction to the principles and realization technology of RLC. Researching the RLC technology is in a relatively comprehensive way, including the RLC compression models, the processes of data compression and uncompression, and giving the flow diagrams and relevant programs. |
