沥青面层的疲劳等效温度

摘    要:分析了沥青面层疲劳寿命与面层温度的均值和梯度的相互关系.基于疲劳损伤等效原则,给出了沥青路面面层疲劳等效温度的计算方法.根据全国95个地区多年的路面温度场数据,对沥青面层疲劳等效温度进行了计算和分析,总结了沥青面层基准疲劳等效温度与地区海拔、路表温度特征值(多年路表温度均值和标准差)之间的回归关系,据此推算得到了全国738个地区的沥青面层基准疲劳等效温度值,并绘制了可供设计采用的全国沥青面层基准疲劳等效温度等值线图,归纳了非基准条件下各因素对沥青面层疲劳等效温度的影响规律,给出了各因素修正计算式.最后通过对比分析,验证了沥青面层疲劳等效温度计算方法和结果的可靠性.

Abstract:The relationship between the fatigue life of an asphalt pavement and its average temperature, temperature gradients was discussed. Based on the equivalency principal of cumulative fatigue damage, a method for calculating the fatigue equivalent temperature for asphalt pavement was put forward, with reference to the pavement temperature field data collected from 95 regions of China over the years, the corresponding fatigue equivalent temperatures were calculated and analyzed, the correlation between the standard fatigue equivalent temperature and the altitude of asphalt pavement located, the characteristic asphalt pavement temperature (pavement surface average temperature over years and its standard deviation ) were summarized. Hence, the standard fatigue equivalent temperatures for asphalt pavements in 738 regions of China were calculated, for design purpose, a contour map of the standard fatigue equivalent temperatures was initially proposed. Moreover, the influences of various factors in the non standard conditions on the fatigue equivalent temperature for asphalt pavement were analyzed, and a set of approximate formulas were given accordingly. At last, the reliability of the calculation method and corresponding results were validated by a comparative study.
