摘    要:湿法烟气脱硫作为一种相对成熟、脱硫效率较高的脱硫技术,得到了广泛的应用.为使湿法脱硫技术在我国得到更加广泛的应用,结合南京工程学院火电厂烟气脱硫中心的建立,对燃煤电厂湿式石灰石—石膏脱硫系统的各种因素如SO2浓度、液气比、pH值、停留时间、吸收反应过程、吸收反应特性、最终产品石膏的形成进行了理论分析.

Abstract:Limestone wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD) technology, highly efficient in desulfurization, is being applied widely in coal-fired power plants all over the world. Considering a set of FGD pilot test facility is going to be built in Nanjing Institute of Technology, this paper discusses the principles and process of the wet limestone-gypsum desulfurization system in coal-burning power plants, putting emphasis on such important factors which will affect the efficiency of SO 2 removal as SO 2 concentration, liquid and gas rate distributed at liquid and gas, pH value, resistance time, and sorbent characteristic.
