多弧旁路GMAW熔滴过渡图像边缘提取算法

摘    要:熔滴过渡是焊接过程中影响焊缝成形和焊接质量的重要因素.为了对多弧旁路GMAW(DB-GMAW)焊接过程中的熔滴过渡特征信息深入研究提供条件,对该种焊接方法下熔滴过渡图像颈缩部分边缘提取算法进行了研究.对比了6种微分算子对其边缘的提取结果,选出了效果最好的ZeroCross微分算子,并对熔滴过渡连续帧图像进行了处理.结果符合要求.

Abstract:Metal transfer is an important factor in welding process.It can affect the formation and quality of weld.In order to study metal transfer characteristics during dual bypass GMAW(DB-GMAW) process,many kinds of edge extraction algorithms were used to process the necking images of DB-GMAW metal transfer.The edge extracting results show that ZeroCross differential operator is the best.And it can process successive images of DB-GMAW metal transfer successfully.
