金属离子对导电聚苯胺薄膜电阻-温度关系的影响

摘    要:在含有不同金属盐的酸盐溶液中利用原位聚合法制备了一系列导电聚苯胺薄膜样品,测量并研究了不同样品的电阻随温度变化的关系。实验结果表明反应过程中金属离子的存在能够改善样品的电传输行为,表现为在金属盐酸盐的溶液中制备的样品具有更小的R60/R285和更低的TMOtt。

Abstract:A series of PANI thin films were in - situ polymerized in the reaction solution containing some metal salts. The temperature dependence of the resistance of these samples was studied. It was found that the transport of charge carriers of the samples was improved by the metal cations. This was based on such a result that the value of R60/R285 and TMOtt. TMOtt decreased in the presence of metal salts case.
