| 摘 要： | 经盐析得葛藤凝集素(PLL)粗品，PLL对兔红细胞具有强烈的凝集作用，PLL的热稳定性强。PLL的凝集活性能被半乳糖和甲状腺球蛋白所抑制。PLL是一个强的促有丝分裂原，对人外周淋血巴细胞转化率达65％，细胞分裂率达11．5％。

| Abstract: | The crude lectin from Pueraria lobata had been gotten by salting out.PLL agglutinated with the erythrocytes from rabbit strongly and was found to be thermostable.The agglutination to rabbit erythrocytes was inhibited strongly by D galatose and procine thyroglobulin.PLL is a strong mitogen,the transformation ratio of human peripheral blood lymphocytes was 65% and the cell division ratio was 11 5%? |
