摘    要:虚假广告的猖獗与泛滥,是市场经济初始阶段的客观社会现象,是社会经济的一大毒瘤,对其危害性要有清醒的认识.要从历史的、经济的和文化的角度对其产生和发展予以深入的剖析.根治虚假广告,在当前和今后一个相当长的时期,主要还得依靠法律武器,这与市场经济也是法制经济的内涵是一脉相承的.

Abstract:The overflowing of false advertisements is an objective social phenomenon at the preliminary stage of market economy, and a serious problem of socialist economy. We should be well aware of its gravity and make a thorough analysis of its origin and development from the perspective of history, economy and culture. We must resort to law so as to get rid of the false advertisements, which is in agreement with the contents of legal economy.
