直喷式柴油机燃用天然气燃料的研究

摘    要:在直喷式柴油机安装一个热面管以代替点火装置,气体燃料喷束经过热面管的加热面,在加热面处气体燃料获得热量达到自燃温度而着火,以着火点为中心点燃后续燃料空气混合气而扩散燃料。通过数学模拟和试验证实当热面温度高于1200K时,天然气很易着火,而且天然气的着火与喷束和热面管的相对位置密切相关。

Abstract:Burning natural gas in D.I.engine requires a special arrangement to secure ignition, such as spark plug or pilot injecting diesel fuel. A hot surface assisted ignition is investigated in a test engine. When a gaseous fuel jet contacts with the hot surface, it can acquire heat and achieve acceptable ignition. Numerical simulations combined with experiments show that the hot surface temperature above 1 200 K is required to meet autoignition of natural gas at common ratio and the autoignition of natural gas in cylinder strongly relies on the interactions between the gas injection parameters and the hot surface.
