中速大功率柴油机工作过程的模拟

摘    要:利用AVL BOOST软件,以某12缸中速柴油机为研究对象,建立了柴油机实际工作循环的计算模型.对柴油机的实际工作过程进行了模拟计算.分析了压缩比和米勒正时对柴油机性能参数的影响.结果表明,计算模型是正确的,结果是可靠的.压缩比的增大有利于改善柴油机的燃烧性能和提高柴油机的经济性能.采用米勒循环可以有效降低柴油机NOx...

Abstract:Use the AVL BOOST software to creat a model of a 12-cylinder medium-speed diesel engine.The actual working process of the diesel engine was simulated, and analyzed engine performance parameters under different compression ratio and Miller timing.The results show that the model is accurate, and the result is reliable.The higher compression ratio will improve engine combustion performance and economic performance.Miller cycle engine has a good performance on reducing NOx emission.
